Scout Master Chef

On 13th February, members of the Troop took part in a Scout Master Chef competition. They had to prepare a three course meal for two in a two hour time limit. The Scouts were then judged on their presentation, taste and originality.

The menu variety was vast ranging from Homemade Mushroom soup to Mushroom and mozzarella melt for starter, Herb breaded Lamb cutlets to Pesto Prawn Pasta for main and apple pie to home made chocolate sponge and custard for pudding.

The competition was tight, in fact there was a draw for first place. The judging then looked at the camp menu produced as part of the Chefs badge requirment.
