Troop Nights

This term the troop shall be concentrating on the Creativity Challenge badge. Each patrol will be producing a news-night program including weather and sport as well as commercials. We will also be making belt pouches out of leather to carry our pocket knifes on camp.

We will also work on the Astronautics Badge after our first successful rocket launches last term.

As well as concentrating on core Scouting skills some of the troop will be taking part in angling, astronomers and guide badges.

Planned troop activities include a weekend hiking in the Lake District,

Scuba diving, canoing, weekend survival / mission impossible themed troop camp and Red Indian themed weekend camp staying in Tee-pees in the New Forest.
