The Riverhead Carnival takes place each year in Sept on Chipstead Common to raise money for the scout hut, grounds and equipment

Sept 2019 is the 27th year that the 3rd Sevenoaks Scouts has organised this event. It is a major plank of our fundraising efforts, which ensures that your children get the best Scouting experiences possible as Beavers, Cubs and Scouts.
Our annual subscriptions are amongst the lowest in the County - thanks to the success of our fundraising and only works with the support of all the parents.

The Scouts run stalls with the help of parents and the whole event has a friendly atmosphere, additionally there are a further 30 to 40 stalls from local and national charities, small craft businesses, and commercial fair folk.

Mid summer camp - Great fun had by all!

2019 Spring Hike along the South Downs Way, from 

Devil's Dyke through Kingston near Lewes and Alfriston 

to Birling Gap. 55 kilometres walked over three days.
