The 3rd Riverhead and Dunton Green Scout group is raising funds through 'The Giving Machine' Website.

HOW IT WORKS....

  1. Click on the link above

  2. Select the big purple JOIN button

  3. Choose 3rd Riverhead and Dunton Green as your chosen charirty (currently this will be under the 'joined in the last 30 days section')

  4. Add 'The Giving Machine' site to your favourites or download their toolbar

  5. Lastly, Every time you are going to purchase an item online - go through 'The giving machine' link for the 3rd Scout Group to benefit from your purchase.

With 200 families who are members of the 3rd Riverhead and Dunton Green Scout Group this could be a huge boost for us.

 

 

 

 

Carnival 2008 - 23-09-2008

Once again the sun shone on us for this years Riverhead carnival.

Thanks to all that supported the event by either coming along with a stall or side show or just by coming and supporting Thank you.

This year we had more visitors than ever and they were rewarded with more stalls and arena activities than ever. So much so that we had to extend the carnival area to fit everyone in.

Thanks go to The Bullfinch for running a raffle for the group and also the supply of a barrel of ale for the beer tent.

We would also like to thank Charlton football club for providing a signed football for which there will be a silent auction- please see "Latest news" Charlton football on the right column for full details.
