Riverhead Carnival - 27-09-2007
Thank you to everyone that came along to the Carnival and helped at stalls or came and spent your money.
Being a week later than normal we were all worried about the weather but in fine form the sun came out and kept us dry for the day
This year we had so many stall requests that we had to turn down people as we didn't have room for all the stalls.We had lots of new attractions this year with the birds of prey displays , laser tag, crimestoppers bus to name but a few.
Unfortunatly we did have to have a disrupted parade as we were unable to get police cover to close off the road . Lets hope we get better luck next year.However we did parade around the common and back into the arena.
